INGREDIENTS

⭐️ Pork belly 100g (3 1/2 oz)
✔️ Pasta 200g (2 cups)
✔️ Spinach 200g (7 oz)
✔️ Scamorza Cheese 75g (2 1/2 oz)

✔️ Extra virgin olive oil
✔️ Salt
✔️ Pepper

PREPARATION

This pasta is tasty, quick to cook and kids go crazy for it.

1.Brown the pork belly in a skillet.

2.When it starts to brown, add the spinach and sauté.

3.In a pot, bring water to boil and add a good handful of salt. Add the pasta and cook it for two minutes less than indicated on the packet.

4.Drain the pasta (retaining a little of the cooking water) and transfer it to the pot with the pork belly and spinach.

5.Add a ladle of cooking water and stir gently for a couple of minutes.

6.Meanwhile, cut the cheese into small cubes.

7.When the pasta is creamy, add the cubes of cheese and sauté for another minute, until the cheese begins to melt.

8.Serve the pasta and top it with freshly ground black pepper.
