INGREDIENTS

⭐ Prosciutto ham
✔️ Eggs

✔️ Potatoes
✔️ Parsley

PREPARATION

1.Cut the potatoes into thin batons (skin on), and fry them in sunflower oil at 180ºC (356ºF).

2.Drain the potatoes and transfer to a large skillet with a splash of oil.

3.Crack 1 egg per person onto the potatoes and immediately cover the skillet so that they set well.

4.Check that the eggs are cooked, serve and finish by sprinkling with chopped fresh parsley.
